Cooper Park provides a great habitat for migrating birds. It is a tiny strip of wetland/bottom woodland between the industry along IL 116 in East Peoria and the river.

Love the grinning tree! Your picture of the deer far exceeds my usual deer pictures (I get their tails and hineys - guess I'm not very quiet!). Enjoying the spring and so many birds in your expeditions now.
